Block Library

I am a visual person.  I want to see the block, and click right on the "how-to".  Lately, I've spent a lot of time "aimlessly" searching flickr, etc for ideas and the right tutorials.  If I'd had a list like this, I could cut down my surf time and get out my rotary cutter!  Now I can start brainstorming for my next quilt.....

This is my Block Library!  It's a list of some of my favorite blocks, linked right to the tutorials.  Hopefully, this is an ever-growing list....

  1. I love your block library; please keep adding to it! And your tutorials, too! It's like a recipe box on your website instead of my computer where my bookmarked pages and files get lost or too hard to find.

  2. This is such a neat idea. I save things to my computer, but this is a cool visual that I truly need. I have to start something like this on my blog, for those moments of inspiration.

  10. Brilliant! I found your blog through someone else, and it's great. I agree totally with your reason for quilting, as a mechanical engineer myself, the precision and creativity is a great balance!
