You guys rock!!  THANK YOU so much for all your comments trying to help me figure out what color combo to go with for That Quilt Along....

After much debate, I am DITCHING THE POND (a direct quote from Angela, tee hee)..

I just wasn't feeling it.  And you know, it will never stop bothering you if you don't change now.  So!  Guess what arrived in the mail??!?!!?  Kona Robin's Egg!  (And guess who is happy, happy, happy!)

Big difference between the two.  So here's the final selections....

And cue the choir of angels......

I think this little number will be helping me out significantly.  Thanks to all those who encouraged me to get one!

  2. Well, color me sour apple! :) I covet one of those color cards something awful but I made the mistake of putting it on my Christmas list, so I'll get in hot water if I buy one for myself. Argh. Santa better bring me one!

I'm digging the robin's egg, it's a beautiful shade of blue. Can't wait to see how your quilt turns out, I bet it's going to be gorgeous! I love this color palette!
